LOOK FOR THE BALLOONS

Welcome !

If this is your first tournament —

· There is a Partnership Desk if you need a partner (or a team for Sunday’s games).

· After you decide which event to play in, join the line and buy your entry at the Director’s Desk.  Ask for the I/N 299er game.  North/South is responsible for scoring.  You can ask for an East/West seat if you prefer not to score.

· Look for the balloons!  This is where the I/N action is, and someone should be there to welcome you.  Find your section, table and seats from the entry form.  Fill in your names on the entry, which will be collected later by a caddie.  If you have your ACBL player number, write it on the form.  If not, no problem — the Directors can look it up.

· The or an I/N Welcome Desk Hospitality Desk will be happy to help you with other questions you may have, and you may ask the Directors questions.

· There will be a Director assigned to your game.  The Director is there to help with questions and rules, and the Director is the person to call during the game if you have any questions or concerns.  This is done by raising your hand and calling, “Director, please.”

· Relax, enjoy and have a good time.  May you bid and make many slams !
